To provide more information on the services we provide, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions below.

  • Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times/Policies?
    Drop-off and Pick-Up for Boarding can occur anytime during open hours, with the exception of Wednesdays, which require an approximate time. There is no charge for the day of Pick-Up if picked up by 11:00 AM. For Grooming appointments, we require drop-off before 9:00 AM and we will contact you for Pick-Up once your pet is ready. Grooming is offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. Not available on weekends.
  • Vaccination Requirements?
    Proof of current vaccination for the following is required prior to boarding. Proof can be emailed to info@oakgrovekennel.com or brought in-person at check-in. Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis Cats: Rabies, FELV, FVRCP
  • What to Bring?
    Food, blankets, toys, treats, and medication are all welcome. We also offer house food and bedding at no extra cost. It’s entirely up to you and what is best for your pet. Administration of any required medication is also included with no upcharge fees.
  • Can I add a groom/bath/nail trim to my boarding appointment?
    Yes! Please request at the time of scheduling. We will make every effort to fulfill your request.
  • Are there any discounts offered?
    We offer a 10% discount for: Seniors, Military, Nurses and First Responders.
  • Will my dog play with other dogs on-site?
    Oak Grove Kennel does not co-mingle pets unless specific pets are approved by both pet owners in advance. Each pet has its own outside run where there can see and interreact with other dogs without any direct contact.
  • Are there any additional fees to plan for?
    Oak Grove Kennel is proudly all-inclusive. No hidden charges will appear on your bill. We offer house food, medication administration and individual playtime all within our flat rate.
  • How do I book?
